Master workbook

Recommended: upload Pantry_Finder_Master.xlsx once to synchronize physical addresses and pantry contents together.

Excel Master — Download & Upload

Download all inventory, including freeform items, on the Containers sheet. Edit contents, status, category, aliases, notes, quantity and placement, then upload for review. Add locations and new items through the UI. Layout, locations, history and supporting sheets are reference-only.

Physical layout

Define the location type, number, layer, position range and container type. Compact codes and spoken names are generated automatically.

Pantry contents

Track ingredients as In Stock, Out, or Unassigned.

Replenishment List

Includes Almost Out and Out items, even after a container is reused.

Mark Empty always frees the container and asks whether you want to replenish the ingredient. Almost Out adds it to the replenishment list without emptying its container.

Ingredient name changed

Choose how to handle the previous ingredient:

Rename keeps the container and does not add the old name to the replenishment list. Replace treats the new name as a different ingredient.
